How long will it take my order to dispatch?
We ship all orders within 2 business days of being received and payment being successfully processed. This delay is to ensure if there are any payment processing problems or a need to cancel an order, that it can be done before shipping happens.
I made a mistake on my order! Can I change it?
We aren’t able to modify orders after you’ve made one, but if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can arrange to cancel your order for you so that you can resubmit it.
Who do you ship with? How can I track my order?
We ship all our products via Sendle, in wonderful biodegradable satchels. They offer full tracking support for all of our deliveries Australia wide and you can track your details on their website: https://try.sendle.com/en-au/tracking. They aim to have all deliveries completed Australia wide within 3 to 5 business days and we find them to be pretty reliable for this.
My wax melts have some whitish marks on them?
As we use pure soy wax without additives, a side effect of the heating and setting process can be something called “frosting” which results in some small white marks on the bars sometimes. Frosting is a badge of pride for us, that proves our bars are as natural as we claim! It will dissolve when you melt the bars down in your wax melter and has no negative effects on the smell or melting of your bars.
Do you have a refund and returns policy?
Absolutely! We do not take change of mind refunds after our products have shipped, however our products do come with a limited 90 day warranty for shelf stability under Australian Consumer Protection Law and we take quality control VERY seriously – if for some reason you are not happy with the quality of your candle products when you use them, please contact our support team on support@whiteravenwax.co within 90 days of purchase and we will do our best to rectify the situation for you.
